Kate Shannon Jenkins writes critical essays and literary reportage, which have appeared in publications such as the New Yorker, the Atlantic, Guernica, Jezebel, the Los Angeles Review of Books, VICE, In These Times, Forbes, Literary Hub, and others. Jenkins is currently at work a novel and was a 2019 fiction writer-in-residence at Vermont Studio Center.
