Ruben Quesada’s forthcoming collection of poetry, Brutal Companion, won the Barrow Street Editors Prize. He edited Latinx Poetics: Essays on the Art of Poetry, a Gold Medal winner from the Independent Publisher Book Awards. His writing has appeared in The Best American Poetry, The New York Times Magazine, Seneca Review, and Harvard Review. He teaches literature and writing in the low-residency MFA programs at Antioch University and Cedar Crest College.
