Amanda Fortini has written for The New Yorker, The New York Times, Vanity Fair, and California Sunday, among other publications. She is a visiting lecturer at the Hank Greenspun School of Journalism and Media Studies at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and has been a Shearing Fellow at the Black Mountain Institute. She divides her time between Las Vegas and Livingston, Montana.
