Carmen Winant is an artist, writer, and former competitive distance runner. She is a regular contributor to frieze, WAX, and Aperture magazines, and is a coeditor of the online journal the Highlights. Currently she is an Assistant Professor of Visual Studies and Contemporary Art History at Columbus College of Art and Design.
