Gray Tolhurst is a writer and a musician. He received his MFA in poetry from San Francisco State University in 2016. He plays in the post-punk band Topographies, who released their debut album, Ideal Form, with Funeral Party records in 2020. Their sophomore album, Interior Spring, is due in early 2024 from the San Francisco label Dark Entries Records. Gray makes his home in San Francisco with his wife, the artist rel robinson, and their dog, Meatyard.
