Joanna Howard is the author of the memoir Rerun Era (McSweeney’s, 2019); the novel Foreign Correspondent (Counterpath Press, 2013); a story collection, On the Winding Stair (Boa Editions, 2009); and In the Colorless Round (Noemi Press, 2006). She cowrote Field Glass with Joanna Ruocco (Sidebrow Books, 2017). Her work has appeared in Conjunctions, The Paris Review, Verse, Bomb, Flaunt, Chicago Review, The Brooklyn Rail, and parts elsewhere. She lives in Denver and Providence, Rhode Island, and teaches at the University of Denver.
