Justin Wadland works as a librarian and lives in Tacoma, Washington. His book, Trying Home: The Rise and Fall of an Anarchist Colony on Puget Sound, published by Oregon State University Press, won the 2015 Washington State Book Award in the History/General Nonfiction Category.
