Madelaine Lucas is an Australian writer and musician based in Brooklyn, New York. Her writing has appeared in The Believer, Paris Review Daily, Literary Hub and The Lifted Brow, and her short story “Ruins” won the Elizabeth Jolley Prize in 2018. She is a senior editor at NOON annual and an MFA candidate at Columbia University.
