Myriam Wares is an illustrator from Montreal, whose work is inspired by culture, storytelling, and mythology. Using a surrealistic approach to convey meaning, she specializes in editorial and book illustration. Among her clients are magazines such as Maisonneuve, This Magazine, and The Atlantic. Currently she is illustrating a collection of Quebecois folktales, which will be published in the summer of 2020.
