Rajat Singh lives in Brooklyn, New York, where he is at work on a novel. His essays appear in StoryQuarterly, Lapham’s Quarterly, Catapult, and Electric Literature, on Literary Hub, and elsewhere. He was awarded an artist residency by the Spruceton Inn, in New York, a fellowship from the Tin House Summer Workshop, and a fellowship to the Lambda Retreat for Emerging LGBTQ Voices.
